(née Cusack)
Mai Cooney, nee Cusack, 31st January 2023 peacefully in her 97th year, at her residence Greagheittia, Tunnyduff, Bailieborough, Co.Cavan. Surrounded by her heart broken family. Predeceased by her husband Kevin, and son John, brother Packie and daughter-in-law Bernie. Sadly missed by her family ,sons P.J., Kevin, Brendan & Raymond, sister-in-law Teresa, daughters-in-law, Ann, Rose, Blaithín and Anne, her 17 gandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives, and friends.

Reposing at Clarkes Funeral Home this Wednesday evening from 5pm until concluding with prayers at 8pm. Removal from her residence on Friday morning to St.Brigid's Church, Knockbride west arriving at 12 noon for Funeral Mass and burial in adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if so desired, to Palliative Care c/o Brian McCabe Funeral Undertaker or any family member.
