Mai Wallace
(née Ryan)
Mai Wallace (née Ryan) (Carrig Drive, Dooradoyle, Limerick and formerly of Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork) peacefully at home in the care of her loving children on the 11th August 2025 in her 89th year.
Predeceased by her husband William (Billy). Dearly loved mother of Patrick, Thomas Denis, Anne, Colette and John. Sadly missed by her loving sons-in-law Robert and Ger, daughters-in-law Catherine and Fionnuala, adored grandchildren Daniel, Jessica, Ava, Joanne, Conor, Seán and Laura, step-grandchildren Michelle, Christopher and Páraic, step great-granddaughter Emilia, sisters Ena, Vera and brother Michael, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends. Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Cathy and her baby grandchildren Daragh and Robert.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street on Thursday (14th August) from 5pm to 6.30pm. Funeral leaving her home, Carrig Drive, Dooradoyle for St. Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle on Friday (15th August) at 11.30am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Castlemungret Cemetery.
