MÁIRE ALLEN (née Hickey) Cloonbrackna Avenue, Roscommon Town. September 19th, 2023; (Peacefully), in the care of the devoted staff at the Roscommon Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Much loved wife of Christy and dear mother of John and Paul. She will be very sadly missed by her family, daughter-in-law Arlene, adored grandchildren Kate and Jack, sister Emer, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many, many good friends.

Máire is predeceased by her parents Nell and Joe and her brothers Ray and Bobby and her special brother Joe.

May Máire rest in peace.

Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon (F42 NH27) on Wednesday evening from 4.30 o’c until 6.30 o’c. Removal on Thursday morning to the Sacred Heart Church, Roscommon arriving for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o’clock. Burial afterwards in St Coman’s Cemetery.
