Mairead died on October 22nd 2024, peacefully at home with her family, She was a native of Lumcloon, Cloghan, was a former sister of the Salasian Order, and was predeceased by her beloved parents Kieran and Elizabeth and brother Joseph.

Mairead will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving sisters Elsie (Monaghan), Mary (Guinan), and Rosemarie (Kearns), brothers, Kieran, Noel, Michael, Pat, Declan, and John, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, her many cousins, extended family, kind neighbours, the Salesian Community, and friends.

Grant Mairead Eternal Rest and Peace

Mairead will repose at her home on Thursday (Oct. 24th) from 3pm to 7pm.

Removal on Friday morning (Oct. 25th) to St. Colman's Church, Mucklagh, where her Requiem Mass will be celebrated at 11am, and may be viewed on https://www.mcn.live/Camera/st-colmans,-mucklagh-tullamore.

Interment afterwards in Killourney Cemetery, Cloghan.
