Mairead Keena (née Hughes) Glengorm, Kilbeggan, Co. Westmeath and late of Castlepollard. ​​​​​​​Mairead passed away peacefully in the tender care of staff at Bethany House Nursing home, Tyrrellspass on 25th May 2024 in her 97th year.

 

Predeceased by her husband Larry, her sister Mamie (McGinn).

 

Deeply regretted by relatives, cousins, neighbours and especially her many friends in Bethany House Nursing home.

 

May Mairead Rest in Eternal Peace.

 

Reposing at Nannery’s Chapel of Rest, RiverView, Kilbeggan (N91HR88) tomorrow (Monday) evening from 6.30 with rosary at 7.30. Funeral mass on Tuesday at 12 noon in St. Michael's Church, Castletown Geoghegan, burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

 

Thanks to staff at Bethany Nursing Home, nurses, doctors, carers for their excellent care, kindness and compassion to Mairead during her final years of life.
