Mairead Larkin
(née Carty)

Corr, Killimor, Galway

Mairead passed away peacefully on Thursday 22nd May 2025 in the

wonderful care of the staff in Portumna Retirement Village.

Beloved wife of Pakie and much loved mother of

Sean, Pat, Mary, Teresa, Dermot, and Anne.

Mairead will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Mairead, Brendan, Aileen,

Lorcan, Orla, Eimear, Darragh, Amy, and Cathal,

her sons-in-law Dennis (King) and Barry (Kelly),

daughters-in-law Anne (Bugler) and Nollaig (Burke),

her sister May, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews,

members of the extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Hail Mary full of grace, the Lord is with thee, Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus,

Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Mairead will repose on Saturday 24th May in St Joseph's Centre, Killimor (H53 YD36), from 5pm to 7pm.

Funeral cortége will arrive to St Joseph's Church, Killimor on Sunday 25th at 11.15am for

celebration of Mass at 11.30am. For those unable to attend Mass will be streamed on the following link

Funeral will continue to Killimor old cemetery afterwards,

where Mairead will be laid to rest in the family grave.

where family and friends are invited to leave messages of sympathy

which will be of comfort to the family at this difficult time.
