(née Sheehy)
It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Mairead McCormick (Nee Sheehy) "St. Anne's" Blackwater, Ardnacrusha, Co. Clare peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on February 18, 2026.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Art, son Paul, daughter in law Mary, her brothers Paddy and Dan.
Mairead will be forever remembered by her adoring family: son Dermot, daughters Helen and Tina, sons in law Peter and Steve, grandchildren Andrew, Stephen, Claire, Eleanor and Jack, her great grand children Mimi, Noah and Erika, her brothers Eddie, Tom, Mark, sisters Marie, Patricia, Bridget and Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours, friends and everyone who loved her.
May Mairead's gentle soul Rest in Peace.
Mairead will repose in Mc Mahon's Funeral Home, Blackwater, Friday February 20th from 6pm to 7.30pm followed by removal to St. Patrick's Church, Parteen. Funeral Mass on Saturday February 21st at 11.00am followed by burial in Teampaill Graveyard.
