Majella Donoghue

Majella Donoghue, Tirrane, Clogher, Belmullet, Co. Mayo who passed away in London on 13th November 2016.

Daughter of Mary Donoghoe, nee Shally (Tirrane, Belmullet), fiancée to Barry Doherty (Ballina), sister of Angela Redmond (Dublin), David Donoghue (Dublin), Brendan, Tommy and Stephen Donoghue (Tirrane, Belmullet), sister in law to Paul, aunt to her niece Amber and nephews Cody and Killian, relatives and many friends.

Remains will arrive at Ireland West Airport, Knock on Saturday, 26th November at 2.20pm, with funeral departing to Belmullet at 3pm. All are welcome to say their goodbyes at McDonnell's Funeral Home, Belmullet, that evening between 6.30pm and 8.30pm. Majella will then spend a night at home which will be for family only. Funeral Mass will take place in St. Brendan's Church, Tirrane, on Sunday at 1.30pm followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery. Afterwards everyone is invited to join in a celebration of Majella's life in the Broadhaven Bay Hotel, Belmullet.

Due to limited parking at the church, a coach will depart from the Broadhaven Bay Hotel, Belmullet, at 12.30pm on Sunday morning, stopping on Belmullet Town Square en route to the church and cemetery, before returning after the service. The route will also be signed from The Square in Belmullet to the church for people travelling to the funeral.

In keeping with the spirit of celebration and thanks giving, the family have asked that typical funeral attire is avoided and that donations are made to the ISPCC in Majella's name in lieu of flowers.
