Majella O’Sullivan née Doody, Shanakill, Monavalley, Tralee, Co. Kerry, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of the Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. on 31st March 2026, beloved partner of Moss and dearest mother of Catherine, Lorraine, Niamh and Valerie and their father Maurice. Daughter of the late Willie & Kathleen Doody and grandmother of the late Shaun.

Sadly missed by her loving family, her grandchildren Matthew, Kyle, Kaylee, Ella, Mia & Dylan, sons-in-law Damien & Gavin, brothers Liam, Ron and J.P., sister Caroline, aunts Joan & Mary, uncles Patrick, Brendan & John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Majella will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Thursday (2nd April) from 6.00 to 7.00 p.m. Funeral arriving to Our Lady & St. Brendan’s Church, Tralee on Good Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. where Liturgy of the Word for Majella will be celebrated at 11 a.m. (streamed on www.stbrendansparishtralee.net). Interment afterwards in Rath Cemetery, Tralee.
