The death has occurred of
Major John Boyd Coughlin
COUGHLIN (Church Strand View, Baltimore and Philadelphia USA): On March 4th 2023 peacefully at Bantry General Hospital and previously in the wonderful care of the staff at Skibbereen Residential Care Home. MAJOR JOHN BOYD (Séan) U.S.M.C. (Retired) beloved husband of Margo (nee Hurley). Deeply regretted by his loving wife, stepsons John, James and Gary Kearney, sister-in-law Joan Hurley, brother-in-law Donie Hurley, grandchildren, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Requiem Mass on Monday, March 13th 2023, at 12noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Rath, Baltimore, this will be livestreamed via skibbereenandrath.ie/rath-webcam/. Private Cremation takes place.
Margo would like to thank the Doctors and staff at Skibbereen Medical Centre, Market Street for the care shown to Séan.
