Malcolm Payne

Malcolm Payne of “The Pines,” Greenville, Listowel, Co. Kerry and formerly London, died peacefully, at home on 14th January 2026, beloved husband of Margaret and dearest father of Dominic, Oliver and Jonathon.

Sadly missed by his loving family, his granddaughter Emma, daughter-in-law Sinead, Oliver’s partner Samantha, brother George, sister Brenda, brother-in-law Pat Healy, sisters-in-law Liz Prior and Katie Relihan, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Malcolm will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel on Sunday (18th January) from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Listowel on Monday morning at 10.15 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Malcolm will be celebrated at 10.30 a.m. (streamed on www.listowelparish.com). Interment afterwards in St. John Paul II Cemetery, Ballybunion Road, Listowel.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Greenville, Listowel.
