It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Maureen in her 95th year on Thursday 23rd January 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her beloved husband Hughie, siblings George and Jim, daughter in law Phil and granddaughter Karen.

 

Loving mother of Harry, Ann (Bobo) and Paul and sister of Betty. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her adored grandchildren, Niombh, Sinead, Orla, Laura, Justin, Nick and Amy, great-grandchildren Louie, Dylan, Stella, Donncha, Ariya, Oisin, Jack, Charlotte, Jack and Emily along with John, Patrick, Vinnie and Jay, extended family and friends.

 

Maureen will rest at the family home from 3pm until 5pm on Sunday 26th. Funeral arriving to the Holy Rosary Church Greystones on Monday 27th for funeral Mass at 2pm after which Maureen will be laid to rest with Hughie in Redford Cemetery.

 

We would like to especially thank the palliative care staff at St Vincents University Hospital who guided us and for all the care they showed towards Maureen and also Greystones Home Help and Dr Conor Downes.
