Margaret Burke
(née Mason)

Margaret Burke (nee Mason) Curraheen, Tralee and formerly of Farmersbridge, Tralee, Co. Kerry, passed away on April 3rd, 2026, in the Palliative Care Unit, UHK, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Daughter of the late Kitty and Thomas Mason, beloved mother of Billy, Katie and the late Valerie, cherished sister of her twin Mary (Riordan) and Liam, aunt of the late Áine (Riordan)

 

Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Laura, Jessica, Danni-Mai, Darragh and Sarah, son-in-law Simon (Daughton), daughter-in-law Sarah, sister-in-law Sheila, nieces Samantha, Cait and Tara, grand-nephew Tommy, grand-niece Áine, Billy and Katie’s father Val Burke, cousins, relatives and friends.

 

Rest in Peace.

 

Margaret will repose at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee, on Easter Sunday (April 5th) from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Curraheen, Tralee (V92 R275) on Monday morning at 10.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Margaret will be celebrated at 11.00 a.m. Interment afterwards in Annagh Cemetery.
