Margaret Cahill
(née Lucid)
Margaret Cahill (nee Lucid) of Michael O’Flynn Terrace, Tralee and formerly Barrow, Ardfert, Co. Kerry, passed away gently and peacefully at home on 17th March 2025, surrounded by her heartbroken family, adored wife of James B., much loved mother of Michael, Margaret, Mary, Nora, Seamus & Patrick and beloved daughter of the late Michael & Margaret Lucid and dear sister of the late Nora (Ashe) & Hannah (Ashe- both from Keel, Castlemaine).
Deeply missed by her loving and adored family, her grandchildren Amelia, Katie Jane, Mikey, Seamus Óg, Tiernan, Doireann, Ellie Mai & Ruarai, great grandchildren Fionn, Sadhbh & Claire Jessica, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law Billy & Stephen, daughters-in-law Michelle & Mary, relatives, neighbours and her many friends and colleagues in K.S.P.C.A.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Thursday (20th March) from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Ardfert on Friday morning at 11.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Margaret will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on https://churchmedia.tv/st-brendans-church-1). Interment afterwards in Churchill Old Cemetery.
