(née O'Connor)

Margaret Canty née O'Connor of Cois Coille Tralee, and formerly of Lyre Lisselton, Listowel passed away suddenly at her residence on the 8th April 2026. Predeceased by her parents Jermiah and Bridget O'Connor.

Beloved Mother to Caroline, Thomas, Eoin & Loretta, sons-in-law Patrick and Richard, daughters-in-law Karen and Kim. Deeply missed and cherished by her eight grandchildren, Eimear, Aoife, Orlagh, Clodagh, Eoin Og, Emma, James and Conor. Sister to Gerard, his partner Kay and their children. Sadly missed by her cousins, very close friends and extended family.

Reposing in the Rose Chapel at Hogan's Funeral Home, Tralee on Friday 10th April 2026 from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Funeral arriving to Our Lady and St. Brendan's Church, Tralee on Saturday 11th April at 10.30am where Requiem Mass for Margaret will be celebrated at 11.00am which will be live streamed on https://stbrendansparishtralee.net/live-stream/. Burial afterwards in Rath Lawn Cemetery, Tralee.

Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to Meals on Wheels Tralee or care of Hogan's Funeral Home, Tralee.
