(née Galvin)
Margaret Carty (nee Galvin), 2nd March 2019, 3, Shamrock Drive, Athy, Co. Kildare and late of Lispole, Co. Kerry, in her 91st year, peacefully at AbbeyBreaffy Nursing Home, Castlebar, Co. Mayo. Predeceased by her husband Joe, sisters Eileen and Maura and brothers Thomas, James and Tim. Very deeply regretted by her loving family, sons Joseph (Joe), (Westport) and Christopher (Trim), sister Kathleen (Brennan), (Tralee), daughters-in-law Kathy and Gillian, grandchildren Peter, Tim and Hannah, brother-in-law Liam, sister-in-law Phyllis, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Remains reposing at the Coady Funeral Home, Linenhall Street, Castlebar this Sunday evening from 6pm to 7.30pm with removal on Monday to Athy, Co. Kildare. Remains reposing at Rigney's Funeral Home, Athy, Eir Code R14TX26, on Monday evening from 6pm with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to St. Michael's Parish Church, Athy, for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Michael's New Cemetery Athy.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Mayo/Roscommon Hospice c/o Thomas Moran and Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors, Linenhall Street, Castlebar.
