Margaret DESMOND
(née O'LEARY)
Desmond (Bantry) On November 30th, 2022, peacefully, in the exceptional care of all the staff at Bantry General Hospital, MARGARET (nee O’ Leary), Derrincullig, Borlin. Beloved wife of the late Connie and loving and devoted mother of Mary (Galvin), Cathy and Patrick. Predeceased by her brothers Jerome, Neilus, Mike and her sister Mary. Very sadly missed by her son, daughters, son-in-law James, brother Harry, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great-grandchild Anna, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Lying in repose at Collins Funeral Home, Kealkill on this Friday evening from 6.30pm to 8pm followed by prayers. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 2pm in St. Joseph's Church, Coomhola. Burial after in Kilmacomogue Cemetery. Family Flowers only, donations in lieu to Bantry Hospice Project, Newtown, Bantry. Messages of sympathy can be left in the ‘condolences’ section below.
