Margaret (Maddie) Dowd, née Flood, Sunday, 7th April, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Cavan General Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Paul, loving mother of Kathleen McAdam (Brian), Seamus (Bernie), Margaret Connolly (Finbar), Paul (Geraldine), Mary Bazley (Stuart), Bernadette (Emmytt Finney) Rose Lynch (Michael) Paddy (Annette), Oliver, Helena Kenny (Brian), Susan, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-granddaughter, sister Marie Brennan, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her home in Ardamagh, tomorrow, Monday, from 4.00pm until 8.00pm for family, neighbours and close friends and at Lakelands Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Cavan, on Tuesday from 4.00pm until 8.00pm. Removal on Wednesday to St Brigid's Church, Killoughter, Redhills to arrive for Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon. Interment afterwards in Cullies Cemetery.
