Margaret (Elizabeth) Ormsby
(née McGovern)

ORMSBY (née McGovern), Margaret (Elizabeth) of AnovoCare Nursing Home, Co. Dublin. Formerly of Garden Street and the Moorings Ballina, Co. Mayo and Killargue in Co. Leitrim. She passed peacefully at Beaumont Hospital on December 30th, 2024. Beloved wife of Oliver and much loved mother of Micheál, Adrian, Geraldine and the late Elaine.

Margaret will be deeply missed and remembered always by her husband, sons and daughter, her cherished grandchildren Ellen, Alanna, Oisín, Juliette, Fionn and Aoibhí. Her sister Kathleen and brother-in-law Mikey, her son-in-law Maher, her daughters-in-law Samantha and Helen, her nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends. Predeceased by her parents, brothers Frank and Tommy and sister in law Eithne.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Sunday evening (5th January) from 5pm to 7pm.

Removal to St. Brigid’s Church, Blanchardstown on Monday morning (6th January) arriving for Requiem Mass at 10am followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery.
