Margaret Hegarty
(née Foley)
HEGARTY (Cathedral Road, Cork) On August 26th 2024, peacefully in the presence of her loving family at St. Luke's Nursing Home, MARGARET (née Foley), beloved wife of the late John and much loved mother of Anthony, Noel and Rosarie. Sadly missed by her heartbroken sons, daughter, grandchildren Barry, Michelle, Paul, Lynn, David, Noelle, Daniel, Eric, Lisa and Alan, great-grandchildren, sisters Bernie and Kathleen, daughters-in-law Noreen and Mary, son-in-law Tim, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Visitation at O'Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Tuesday, August 27th, from 7pm - 8pm with Prayers at 7.45pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday, August 28th, at 10am in the North Cathedral which will be live streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/corkcathedral Funeral afterwards to St. Finbarr's Cemetery.
Margaret's family wishes to thank the dedicated staff of St. Luke's Home for the excellent care afforded to her there.
