Margaret Holian
(née Rooney)

The death occurred of Margaret Holian (née Rooney), of Parkmore, Tuam, and formally of Tygreenan Barnaderg. Peacefully and unexpectedly in the care of Galway University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

 

 

Pre-deceased by her parents Maureen and Tommy Rooney, and her sister Ann. Margaret will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Richard, her loving children Sarah, Keith, and Bryan, son-in-law Evan, daughters-in-law Maryrose and Cintia. She will also be lovingly remembered by her adored grandchildren Saoirse, Caoimhe, Dara, Michael, and Brianna, as well as her siblings Mary, Breege and John, brother-in-law Pat and sister-in-law Rose. Sadly mourned by the Holian family and all of her nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

 

Margaret will be reposing at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam (H54 Y677) on Monday evening from 6.00 o’clock. Removal at 8 o’clock to the Cathedral of the Assumption. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 11.30 o’c, followed by Cremation Service in Shannon Crematorium at 2 o’clock.
