Margaret Lynch

Margaret formerly of Aharney, Lisdowney and retired night Matron of Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin, passed away peacefully in her 94th year surrounded by her loving family while under the excellent care of the medical and care staff of Fennor Hill Care Facility, Urlingford, Co Kilkenny.

Margaret is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Ellen, her brothers Liam, Packie and Joe. She will be deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters in law Eileen and Bridie, her nieces and nephews Paul, Padraig, John, Paedar, Ellenora, Joe, Richard, Helen, Ann and Breda, her grand nieces and grand nephews, her extended family, neighbours and a close circle of friends.

Margaret will repose at her residence 23 Derrywood, Durrow, Co. Laois (R32 DT22) on Friday 14th November 2025 from 2pm with removal to The Church of the Holy Trinity, Durrow, Co Laois (R32 CK11) for arrival at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday 15th November 2025 at 2pm with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
