The death has taken place of Margaret (Madge) Grace nee Greene, Grennan, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Barronsland, Bennettsbridge, Co Kilkenny. Peacefully at Archesrath Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family on 16th Oct 2024. Predeceased by her sister Maureen, Sadly missed by her husband Percy, Sons Liam. Brendan and Eugene, Grandchildren Cillian, Lisa, Lily, Megan and Rowan, daughter-in-law Shirley, brother Michael and extended family, neighbours and friends.
MAY MADGE REST IN PEACE
Reposing in the Mercy side chapel, Church of the Assumption, Thomastown, from 4,30pm to 7pm on Thursday 17th Oct 2024, pausing for rosary and vigil prayers at 6pm. Requiem mass on Friday at 11am in the main Church 18th Oct 2024, followed by burial in St Mary's New Cemetery Thomastown. Margaret's family would like to thank the staff of Archesrath Nursing Home, and would also like to thank the staff in the Barrow Ward and at surgical 3 in St Lukes Hospital Kilkenny.
