Margaret (Maggie) McNerney , Legga , Moyne , Co.Longford and formerly of Cornea , Arva ,Co.Cavan . 12th June 2024 , peacefully at home surrounded by her family in her 96th year.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Frank , son Seamus and by her daughter Helen Curran.

Maggie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family sons Joe , Francis and Eamon , daughters Elizabeth Fitzpatrick (Leeds) , Margaret McGahern (Mullahoran) and Anne-marie , daughters-in-law Theresa , Helen and Kitty , sons-in-law Tony ,Charlie and Brian , sister Lil (Leeds) , sisters-in-law , her 19 grandchildren , her 24 great-grandchildren , nieces , nephews ,relatives ,neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home , Ballinalee Road (N39 EC81) on Saturday from 5.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Sunday at 11.00am in St.Mary’s Church , Legga , interment afterwards in Legga cemetery.
