Margaret Mc Tiernan
(née Connolly)
Mc Tiernan - Margaret, née Connolly, Greaghnafarna, Dromahair, Co. Leitrim, September 26th 2025, peacefully at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Michael, daughters Collette and Loretta and son Vincent.
Margaret will be deeply missed by her sons Michael and Joseph, her daughters Martina (Ernie), Noreen, Gabrielle (Joseph R.I.P.) and Olive, her son-in-law Michael Kelly, her grandchildren Tony, Eiméar, Keith, David, Chloe, Joey, Dean, Jamie, Michelle, Declan, Jason, Laura, Nicole, Colm and great-grandchildren Daire and Kayla.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing at her home on Sunday for family, neighbours and close friends.
House strictly private at all other times.
Margaret will repose at Fowley’s Funeral Home, Dromahair, (F91 VC52) on Monday 29th from 5pm to 7pm.
Removal on Monday to St. Mary’s Church, Killenummery arriving at 8pm.
Funeral Mass on Tuesday 30th at 12 noon.
Burial afterwards in Carrowcrin cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu to North West Hospice.
