MARGARET MCSWEENEY (née O’Brien), Ballintubber, Carrigtwohill. Peacefully at Cork University Hospital on June 4th 2025 in the presence of her loving family.

 

Predeceased by her loving husband John and her son Brian and daughter Anne (Warner) and her brother Tom.

 

Margaret will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, sons Ted and Cyril, daughters Yvonne and Nicola (Tattan), brother Oliver, sisters-in-law Frances and Siobhan, daughters-in-law Kay, Catherine and Rosemary, sons-in-law Colm and Harry, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

 

With gratitude for a life well lived with great love.

 

May Margaret Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton P25VW02 on Friday 6th from 6pm-7.30pm.

 

Requiem Mass on Saturday 7th at 1pm in St. Mary’s Church Carrigtwohill followed by Cremation Service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy at 3pm.
