Margaret Murtagh (nee Hennessy), St Oliver’s Road, Longwood, peacefully at Sancta Maria Nursing Home, Kinnegad. 6th January 2026. Predeceased by her sister Lilly, brothers Anthony, Kevin, Kieran & father Christy.

 

Deeply missed by her husband Liam, daughter Melissa, sons Kieran & Anthony, mother Elizabeth, brothers Christy and Michael, sisters Marion, Angela, Catherine, Mary, Patricia, Carmel ,Claire and Teresa, all her grandchildren, nieces & nephews, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Heffernans Funeral Home, High Street, Trim, C15 HDT1 on Friday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 11am in the Church of the Holy Family, Longwood. Burial afterwards in the adjacent cemetery.

 

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff at Beaumont Hospital, Palliative Care and Sancta Maria Nursing Home for the kindness and care shown to Margaret.
