O’FLYNN (Cork) On 8th March 2026, peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family and in the tender care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, MARGARET (nee Kearney), Farranferris Avenue and late of Corporation Buildings. Dearly beloved wife and best friend of William, adored mother of Annette, Geraldine, Yvonne, Debbie, William, Donna and Mary Coady, cherished grandmother of Niamh, Michael, Cormac, Sarah-Jess, Zach, Conor, Liam, Luke, Rebecca, Aaron, Nathan, Carrie-Jane and Eli, loving great grandmother of Jayden and Charlotte, dearest sister of Tom, Betsy, Dorreen and Kay and mother-in-law of Michael, Tony, Philip, Paul and Craig.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband, family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Tuesday (10th March) from 10.00am, family in attendance at 4.00pm with Prayers at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (11th March) at 11.00am in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to St. Michael’s Cemetery, Blackrock. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marymount or the Mercy Hospital Foundation.
