MARGARET (PEG) BURKE
(née Crowley)
Peg, (formerly of Currihy, Lislevane, Co. Cork), passed away peacefully in the loving care of the Staff of the Ash Unit, St. Joseph's Hospital, Ennis on Monday, Sept. 1st, 2025. Predeceased by her husband Billy. Deeply regretted by her loving family, her daughters Colette, Rosemary and Mairéad, sons Pat and Frank, son-in-law Pat, daughter-in-law Claire, Pat's partner Catherine, brother John Joe (London), sisters Sr. Anne Marie (Stockport, U.K.) Philly (Sunderland, U.K.) and Tessie (Athlacca, Co. Limerick) , brother-in-law, sister-in-law, her 14 adored grandchildren, Hannah, Conor, Eoghan, Aideen, Orla, Donal, Lily, Anwen, James, William, Isabelle, Zara, Charlie and Bonnie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her residence in Dromaan House (V94 F9P4) on Wednesday, Sept. 3rd, from 5pm with prayers at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, Sept. 4th, in St. Flannan's Church, Whitegate (V94 DD70), at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Clonrush Cemetery. Mass may be viewed live on
