Margaret (Peg) Murphy
(née Carroll)
Murphy (Ballindangan, Mitchelstown) On June 8th, 2022, peacefully, in her 102nd year, in the presence of her family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Douglas Nursing & Retirement Home, MARGARET (Peg) (nee Carroll). Beloved wife of the late Jack and much loved mother of Carmel (Dowling), Bernadette (Horgan), Anthony, Gerard, Brendan, Declan and the late John and Breeda (O’Donoghue).
Sadly missed by her daughters and sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, relatives and friends.
May Peg’s gentle soul rest in peace
Reposing at the Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, Mitchelstown (P67 DX81) on Saturday (11th June) from 5 p.m. to 7 pm. Arriving at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Ballindangan (P67NX53) at 11.15 a.m. for Requiem Mass on Sunday (12th June) at 11.30 a.m. Burial afterwards in Mitchelstown Church Cemetery, Mitchelstown.
