It is with great sadness that we announce the passing away of our adored mother, Peggy, at home, on the 3rd of September, 2025, in her 94th year.

Beloved wife of the late Seán, and cherished mother of Leo, Margaret, Eugene, and Kieran.

Peggy will be deeply missed by her loving children, her eight cherished grandchildren John, Lorna, Edel, Niamh, Alison, Ellen, Grace and John and six great-grandsons, by her sister Breeda, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, sister-in-law Hilda, brother-in-law Aidan, niece, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Rest In Peace

Reposing at Griffin’s Funeral Home, John’s Gate on Friday, 5th September from 5pm-6:30pm. Funeral arriving at Christ the King Church, Caherdavin on Saturday, 6th September for Requiem Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in Mount St. Oliver Cemetery
