Margaret (Peggy) O'Carroll
(née Scanlon)

The death has occured of Margaret (Peggy) O'Carroll (nee Scanlon), Banemore, Kilmoyley and formerly of Knockenaugh, Ardfert, Co. Kerry who passed away peacefully on November 30th 2025, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful and compassionate care of the staff of the Bon Secours Hospital Tralee.

Predeceased by her husband Dermot and her parents Brian and Ellen Scanlon.

Dearly loved and sadly missed by her brother Joseph and her children, Gerald, Evelyn, Declan, Áine and Fergal, her cherished grandchildren Gráinne, Mairéad, Diarmuid, Dermot, Brian, Jack and Harry, daughters-in-law Margaret and Marie, sons-in-law Adrian Clifford and Andrew Sheil, cousins, relatives and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at her home Tuesday 2nd December from 3pm to 7pm eircode (V92X240). Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Peggy on Wednesday at 12 o'clock in the Sacred Heart Church, Kilmoyley, livestreamed on Sacred Heart Church followed by burial in the New Abbey Cemetery, Ardfert.
