Margaret (Rita) Dempsey, née Brennan, 1 Carmelite Road, Harrow, England and formerly of Physicianstown, Callan, Co. Kilkenny.

(Sister of Tom Brennan, Parkmore, Kilkenny).

 

Peacefully, in England on Thursday, 4th July 2024.

 

Pre-deceased by her husband Peter, her parents Matty and Margaret and her brothers Matty, Larry and John Joe.

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family, her children Adrian, Declan and Imelda, grandchildren Ryan, Niamh and Thomas, daughter-in-law Sue, her brother Tom (Parkmore), sister Moira (Kilkenny City), brother-in-law Tom Dunphy, sisters-in-law Joanie (Brennan) and Joan (Malone), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours, family and friends.

 

May Rita Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing in Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan (Eircode R95 Y443) on Wednesday, 7th August, from 5pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.

Funeral Prayers on Thursday morning at 10.30am followed by removal to The Church of the Assumption, Callan, arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial will follow afterwards in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan.
