Margaret (Rita) Newman
(née Lally)
Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 and formerly of Pollnabrone, Menlough, Co. Galway,
Peacefully in the loving care of Matron Helen and the staff of Mountbellew Nursing Home, in her 96th year, surrounded by her family, Predeceased by her husband Patrick and her sons Paul and Brian, Sadly missed by her son Liam, grandchildren Frances, Anne-Marie, James and Jenifer, great grandchildren, nieces especially Carmel Rushe and Joan Gavin, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended family, Hairdresser Josephine, former colleagues of St. Michael’s Hospital, fellow residents and many friends.
May her gentle soul rest in Peace.
A private Funeral Mass takes place on Saturday morning in St. Mary’s Parish Church, Mountbellew at 10.00am, Burial afterwards in Mount Venus cemetery, Dublin. Family flowers only Donations if desired to the Hospice in Harolds Cross.
Mermorial Masses will take place in Dublin and Galway at a later date.
