Doyle, Margaret Rose (Rita) Née Grant. Died 7th April 2026, peacefully at Bloomfield Nursing Home.

Formerly of Innisfayle Road, Belfast.

 

Beloved wife of the late Brendan; loving mother to Michael, Suzanne, Catherine, Mary and Lisa. Loving mother-in-law to Una, David, Vernon and Alan. Devoted grandmother to Katy, Lucy, Brendan and Anna. Dear sister to Clare, Vincent and Hilary and the late Fr. Pat, Willie, Mina, John, Franco and Oliver.

 

Rita will be reposing at O’Kanes Funeral Home, 116-118 Donegall Street, BT1 2GX until Monday 13th April. Those wishing to pay their respects there are welcome to do so.

All are welcome to Suzanne's home, 7 Hawthornden Gardens, Belfast BT4 2HF on Saturday 11th April, 2-8pm.

The family wish to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Bloomfield Private Nursing Home, Woodgreen Care Home, and the Royal Victoria Hospital for the exceptional kindness, care and respect they showed to Mum.

 

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and let Perpetual Light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.
