Margaret Sykes
(née O'Mahony)
SYKES (Knockacorbally, Blarney, Co. Cork): On February 20th, 2026, peacefully, surrounded by her family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, MARGARET (née O’Mahony), loving wife of David, cherished mam of Valerie, Craig and Gavin, dear sister of Norma, Pat and Connie.
Sadly missed by her loving husband and children, her 4 adoring grandchildren Tieran, Fionn, Tadhg and Setanta, sister-in-law Joanne, brother-in-law Ian, father-in-law Keith, son-in-law Alan, Craig’s partner Kara, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.
Reposing at the Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd: On Sunday (February 22nd) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 2.00pm on Monday (February 23rd) in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Blarney.
Funeral afterwards to All Saints Cemetery, Garrycloyne.
