Margo Gogarty née Markey, Arva Lane, Blackrock, Co. Louth. Died peacefully in St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, surrounded by her loving family on Saturday 8th March 2025. Margo daughter of the late Patrick and Gretta, loving wife of Gerry, dear mother of Karen, Stephen, Alan, Gerard, Declan, Anthony and Ruairi. Adored Nanny of Molly, Ruby, Kimberley, Siabh, Tadhg, Johnny, Tommy and Donnacha. Dear sister of Aidan and Don and the late Pat, Tom, Martha and Noel. Margo will be sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sons, grandchildren, son-in-law Danny, daughters-in-law Kathleen, Lisa and Lee, her brothers, sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Margo will repose at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street (A91 XW66) from 3pm until 7pm on Wednesday 12th March. House private at all times. Removal on Thursday morning from her residence to St. Fursey’s Church Haggardstown, arriving for Mass at 11.30am. Private cremation afterwards.
