Margo (Margaret) Hegarty
(née Lawton)
Hegarty (Glanworth) On August 19th, 2025, peacefully at her residence with her family, MARGO (Margaret) (nee Lawton) Mill Road, Glanworth. Beloved daughter of the late Tom and Maggie (nee Anglum), sister of the late Jim and sister-in-law of the late Anne Lawton and Bridget O’Sullivan.
A loving wife to Denis, devoted mother to her daughter Mairead and precious son Mark.
Margo will be forever loved and sadly missed by her loving family, sisters Mary and Nonie, brothers Lar, Tommy and Jer, sisters-in-law Nell and Phil, nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, great friends and kind neighbours

Reposing at the Lawton Home, Chapel Hill, Glanworth, P51 N8W7, on Thursday (21st August) from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Reception into the Holy Cross Church, Glanworth, P51 K825 on Friday (22nd August) for Requiem Mass at 2.30 pm. Burial afterwards alongside her parents in St. Dominic’s Old Cemetery.
