Margot Davis (nee Kiernan), "Echnach", Donaghmore, Navan and late of Suffolk St., Kells, after many years of various illness and loss of sight finally seccumbed at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan in the presence of her beloved husband Jack and the wonderful and caring hospital staff. Margot was the former editor of Modern Woman, Meath Chronicle and founder of Meath Mental Health and Housing. Pre-deceased by her much loved daughter Sarah, brother James, sisters Mary (Moss) and Olivia (Lynham) and much beloved mother of her sons John, Paul and Edward and daughters Georgina and Marguerite, she is very sadly missed by her family, sons in law Geoff and Denny, daughter in law Gillian, grandsons Jamie and Jason, granddaughters Sandra and Zoe, sisters Carmel (Lavelle) and Cabrini (Doyle), nephews, nieces, relatives, her many colleagues, friends, charity workers and clients.

With regret, due to Government advice on public gatherings, a private Funeral Mass will take place at 10.30 in St. Mary's Church on Wednesday, followed by Cremation in Lakelands Crematorium. Mass can be viewed on www.navanparish.ie/webcam.
A Memorial Service and interment of ashes will take place at a later date to honour Margot for her service to her work and charities throughout Meath. Notice of this will be given at a later date when restrictions are lifted.
House strictly private please. Messages of condolence can be forwarded to her address, to the Funeral Director or placed in the Condolence Book below. Margot's husband Jack and her family are very grateful for your prayers and thoughts at this time.
