Maria Del Rio
(née Maloco)

Del Rio (née Maloco), Maria (Swords and formerly of Galway) - January 16th, 2023, suddenly but peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Beaumont Hospital. She is predeceased by her parents Lena and Alfie. 

Maria will be forever remembered with love by her family, her loving husband Alan, sons Dario and Aldo, daughter Rosanna, daughters-in-law Bruna and Karen, son-in-law Ian, grandchildren Sophia, Alessandro, Stefano, Olivia and Amelia, sisters Anna and Rosa, brother John, sisters-in-law Marisa and Sue, brother-in-law Loreto, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May she Rest In Peace. 

Reposing at her home on Wednesday (Jan. 25th) evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Removal on Thursday (Jan. 26th) morning to St. Cronan’s Church, Brackenstown arriving for 10 a.m. Mass followed by funeral to Dardistown Crematorium (arriving approx 12 noon). You can view the funeral Mass and crematorium service live on webcam through the links below. At the request of the family if everyone attending could wear an item of colour (or something colourful) to celebrate Maria’s life.
