Formerly of Lower Gerald Griffin Street and Late of Duty Free, Shannon.

Maria passed away peacefully, in the exceptional care of 8C, Renal Ward, University Hospital Limerick, on 6th May 2024.

Only beloved daughter of the late Joe and Ettie, (Funeral Directors) and predeceased by her eldest brother Johnny.

Sadly missed by her loving brothers Dr. Michael, Joey and Gerard, sisters-in-law Sally, Joan, Celine and Liz, her adoring nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins, relatives and her many close friends and neighbours.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Griffin's Funeral Home, John's Gate on Wednesday, 8th May, from 5pm to 6.30pm. Arriving at St. John's Cathedral on Thursday, 9th May, for Requiem Mass at 11am. Funeral immediately afterwards to Mount St. Lawrence Cemetery.

Maria's family would sincerely like to thank all the staff at Milford House Nursing Home and to Dr. Liam Casserly, Dr. Con Cronin and the Dialysis Team at UHL, for their love and kindness over many years.
