The death has occurred of
Maria van der Wel
(née Cummins)
Maria, wife and best friend of Arie. Mother of Nicolette, Arie Jnr and Monique. Grandmother of Gráinne, Annabel, Cathal, Rose, Petra, Juliet, Arianna and Nathan. Mother-in-law of Ian, Marian and Dave. Sister of Terry, Ray and Gay and the late Bernice and Joy.
Deeply regretted by her loving husband, children, grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Maria’s remains will arrive at Church of the Most Sacred Heart, Aughrim on Friday evening 20th October at 7pm for reception prayers.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 21st October at 11am. Burial afterwards will take place in the Holy Trinity Churchyard, Castlemacadam, Avoca.
