Marian MOYNAGH
(née Fahy)

Rathfarnham, Dublin

Moynagh (Rathfarnham, Dublin): On 15 February 2026, peacefully at Tymon North Community Centre after a long illness, in the presence of her loving family, Marian (née Fahy), dearly beloved wife of Gabriel (Thomas) Moynagh and much-loved mother of Damien, Gabriel, Lindsay, Kylie, Chanelle and Elvin. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Philomena, niece Lisa and son-in-law, Dermot.

 

Sadly missed by her loving husband and family, sons-in-law Michael and Dara, and daughters-in-law, Anna, Amy and Melissa, cherished grandchildren Jack, Evie, Aengus, Hugo, Tristan, Gaby, Rowan, Laragh, Isla, Theia, Dermot Bród, Edie, Laina, Ellery and Remy, brothers Michael, Pat and Joe, and sisters, Celine, Ann, Claire, Pauline, Martina brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

 

Resposing at Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16 VO46 on Tuesday (17 February) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Thursday (19 February) in St.Colmcille’s Church, Idrone Avenue, Knocklyon, D16 R799, which can be viewed through the link below. *Link to follow*

 

Funeral afterwards at Mount Venus Cemetary, Mount Venus Road, Rockbrook, Dublin 16.

The family would like to pay a special thank you to the staff at the Tymon North Community Centre and Tallaght University Hospital, but also a special mention to her wonderful carers, Nametso, Carol, Diana, and sister, Celine, and cousin, Jackie, for the love and care they showed to Marian over the life of her illness.

  1. As Marian’s memories have faded, the family would cherish your personal memories of Marian, or messages for Marian’s family, in the Condolence link below, or in the ‘Memory Book’ which will be available at St.Colmcille’s Church on the day; and
