On November 21st, 2025, peacefully at Bantry General Hospital surrounded by her loving family. MARIAN (late of Crostera West, Glengarriff), dearly loved wife of Joe, loving mother of Sean and Louise, mother-in-law of Lisa (Healy) and Martin (O’Grady), cherished and adored grandmother of Seán Óg and Jessica. Predeceased by her parents Jimmy and Josie, her brother Martin and her beloved godson Jack. Sadly, missed by her loving family, brothers Michael, Tommy, Jimmy, Peter and Colm, sisters Eileen (O’Sullivan) and Joey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, nephews, nieces, godchildren, kind neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Coakleys Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry on Sunday November 23rd from 5pm – 6.30pm with prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem mass on Monday November 24th at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, Glengarriff (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in Glengarriff Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers if desired to the Friends of Bantry General Hospital.
