Formerly of Lucan, Dublin.
Marie died peacefully at home in the care of her heartbroken family on January 8th 2025. Predeceased by her parents Mick and Sally, her beloved daughter Nicola, brother Michael and son-in-law Albie.
Marie will be sadly missed by her loving family, husband Johny, daughters Claire and Sineád, sons Jamie, Trevor and stepson Tony, daughters-in-law Aishling and Michelle, son-in-law Thomas, her adored grandchildren Aaron, Lauren, Kasey, Abbie, Zoe, Jacob and Archie, sisters and brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her dear friends in Longford and Dublin.

Removal from her home on Saturday 11th to arrive to the Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee, N39 PP60 for Funeral Mass at 12 o'clock. Following Mass Marie will be laid to rest in St Emer's Cemetery, Ballinalee.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Longford Palliative Care c/o Connell Funeral Directors or any family member.

Marie's family would like to express their gratitude to all who cared for her during her illness, Nurse Marie McGivney, Doctor Paddy Breslin, and the Irish Cancer Society and her dear friends who were there when she needed them most.
