Marie Blankson (née Hanlon) (Dublin): On June 13th 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the staff at the Mater Hospital. Our amazing mother Marie adored mother of Sharon, Jude, Siobhán Jonathon and Ciarán, mother-in-law of Brendan & Carmel, loving grandmother of Jessica, Dean, Caoimhe, Emmet, Shannon and Fionnán. Great Grandmother of Eric. Godmother of Paul. Sadly missed by her family, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, friends and caring community in The Curam, Navan Road.

 

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road on Wednesday (June 18th) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Thursday afternoon to the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross for a Funeral Service at 4pm celebrating Marie’s life, followed by cremation. Family flowers only. Donations may be made in lieu of flowers to St. Vincent de Paul.
