Marie Burns , Dublin and Teffia Park, Longford . Peacefully in the loving care of the nurses and staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross on 9th January 2026.

Pre-deceased by her parents Patrick and Elizabeth and by her brother Con.

Marie will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her family, son Cian and his father Ali, sisters Teresa Gillen (Malahide), Elsie Cooney (Portmarnock) and Pauline O’Hara (Coralstown, Mullingar), brothers Pauric (Longford) and Charlie (London), brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Removal to St.Mel’s Cathedral on Tuesday 13th January to arrive for Mass of the Resurrection at 11.00 am , followed by cremation at Lakelands Crematorium , Cavan at 3.00pm.
