Marie Clarke
(née Gogarty)

The death has occurred, in her 90th year, of Marie Clarke (née Gogarty), Castletown, Dunleer and late of Donore, Co Meath, peacefully in the wonderful care of the doctors and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Marie, beloved wife of the late Jim and loving mother of Marie, Jackie, Shay, Tom, Paul and Edel. Predeceased by her brothers Michael and Dominic. Sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sister Patricia (Ralph), sister-in-law Ann (Gogarty), grandchildren Lauren, James, Adam, Ross, Andrew, Thomas, Louise, David, Kelly, Christopher, Aimee and Sophia, great-grandson Tyler, sons-in-law Derek, Mick and Graham, daughters-in-law Linda, Denise and Julie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Rest in Peace

A private family funeral for Marie will take place due to Government advice on public gatherings, with numbers limited to 50. Removal from her home at 10.30am on Saturday morning to the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, Tenure, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, which can be viewed live at https://www.churchservices.tv/monasterboice. Burial afterwards in Mullary cemetery.

There will be an opportunity for the community to support the family and remember Marie by being present, socially distanced, on the route from her home to the church and the cemetery.
