Marie Conneely
(née Duane)

Marie passed away peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of University Hospital Galway on the 5th of December 2024 surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her parents John and Bridie, her sisters Ann and Noreen and her brothers Francis and John Joe.

Marie will be remembered with love and dearly missed to the inexplicable grief of her heartbroken husband Michael, children Orla, Kenneth and Ailbhe, her sons in-law Joe Delaney and Joe Flaherty, her daughter in-law Sinéad, her beloved grandchildren Cormac, Darragh, Oisín, Éanna, Éabha, Ciara, Donncha and Laoise, her sister Teresa Hoban, her brother Gerard, brothers in-law, sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and her wide circle of cherished friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Áras Mhuire in the grounds of St. Killian’s Church, New Inn (H53 P6CO) from 4pm to 7pm on Sunday 8th December. Arriving to St. Killian's Church on Monday 9th December for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards to Bullaun Cemetery (H62 YH66). Mass will be live streamed on https://funeralslive.ie/marie-connelly/ . House private by request. Family flowers only.
