On the 28th of April 2025, Marie passed away very peacefully in The Galway Hospice, with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of Richard. Will be sadly missed by her sons Carl and Barrie, daughters Tara and Sandra, daughters-in-law Mari and Lynne, sons-in-law Gavin and John, her nine adoring grandchildren Tadhg, Eoin, Kiera, Leah, Aimee, Jade, Teagan, Sinéad and Daniel, great-grandson Tommy, sister Eleanor, brothers Niel, Tommy and Anton, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing in the The Holy Family Funeral Home Mervue (H91 FH52), on Thursday the 1st of May, from 5pm. Private removal at 6:30pm to her residence. Marie’s Requiem Mass will take place on Friday the 2nd of May in The Church of the Holy Family Mervue, at 11am. A private cremation service will take place afterwards, for family and close friends, in Shannon Crematorium, County Clare.
